We are seeking a Co-op Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our port management information system. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact in the maritime industry.

Grow your skills in C#, .net, SQL and Typescript, learn popular frameworks/libraries such as LINQ and Telerik, in a modernized N-tier web application designed for the world's leading ports.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members through SCRUM to discuss, and design agile solutions for real world problems. Translate this into implementation and build upon software.

Learn about the maritime world and incorporate this understanding into code.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Basic understanding of C#, .Net, SQL, and TypeScript.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communication skills.
Additional Information:

The position is based in Vancouver, BC, at 570 Granville Street. General start time is 8:00AM-8:30AM, 1 hour lunch, 8-hour days. Monday to Friday in the office besides Thursday which is remote.

Possibility of full-time position offer after co-op.

Duration: 8-month contract starting in August 2025.
