The Project Coordinator supports internal project execution by managing coordination, tracking, and administrative activities across multiple projects. The role enables efficient delivery by ensuring internal processes run smoothly, allowing the Project Manager to focus on client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress and follow up on actions with internal teams
- Maintain project documentation and tracking tools
- Support invoicing by tracking milestones and preparing inputs
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and reporting standards
