The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, acting as the primary client-facing lead. This role ensures successful execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication, while coordinating closely with internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Own overall project delivery, schedule, and outcomes
- Continuously align with Business Analysts on scope definition, completion, changes, and current status
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality
- Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and contractual commitments
