The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, acting as the primary client-facing lead. This role ensures successful execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication, while coordinating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own overall project delivery, schedule, and outcomes
Continuously align with Business Analysts on scope definition, completion, changes, and current status
Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality
Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and contractual commitments

Skills

Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in parallel
Solid risk, issue, and change management capabilities
Strong coordination across cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, developers, QA)
Commercial awareness and ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Understanding of Agile, and hybrid delivery models

Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software, SaaS, or digital solutions delivery
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects in a client-facing role
Background in coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience managing change requests, scope evolution, and customer expectations
Exposure to integration-heavy or complex system implementations is preferred

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset (not required)
Other certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile (e.g., Scrum Master), or equivalent are considered beneficial
