Team Leader Sales Support

We are now looking for a Sales Support Team Leader to join our forward-looking Sales Support team for ensuring quality and speed of response for continued high quality customer service. The position is permanent and the location for the position is in Porriño, Spain.


What will you be doing

As Team Leader, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Support team members, target settings and facilitate their development
  • Handle, coordinate and follow up on spare parts quotations and orders according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements
  • Management of pre-order and post-order support services including but not limited to:
  • Quotations, order processing, contract review, contract execution & technical support.
  • Customer contact and liaison to delivery for projects.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and response time
  • Maintain strong relationships with the customers, understand their needs and provide the right solutions
  • Proactive approach to achieving and exceeding Customer Service KPIs.
  • Ensure all procedures/work processes comply with all audit requirements.
  • Compliance at all times with appropriate QA, information handling, Export Control and Health & Safety procedures


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
