We are now looking for an 


Administrator Service & Spare Parts (m/f/d)
 

to join our technical sales department to ensure the sale of our national service and international spare parts delivery in Wilhelmshaven.

 

As Administrator Service & Spare parts you will focus on these responsibilities:

 

- Sales Services:

  • Research of technical tender documents for relevant positions
  • Creation of offers in German language
  • Rating of positions
  • Obtaining reviews from specialists
  • Clarification of open questions with the customer and advice
  • Evaluation of offers after project implementation

- Sales of spare parts (national and international):

  • Advising the customer in English and German language
  • Selection of suitable products
  • Selection and advice on successor solutions for obsolete employees
  • Pricing
  • Complete administrative processing of purchasing, quality control, shipping and accounting

 

The below will enable you to shine in this role: 

 

We are open to various training and CVs for this position. Here are three variants to illustrate:

  • Service technician with professional experience and further training to become a technician / master craftsman who would now like to use the experience gained on board in the office.
  • Completed academic training in the field of technology / logistics
  • Former SaZ from the technology/supply department who can be found in the above-mentioned tasks
  • Language Skill: German. More Information in German below

Stelle im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst (m/f/d)
 

für den Vertrieb unserer nationalen Service Dienstleistungen und internationalen Ersatzteil Lieferungen besetzen zu können. 

 

Ihre Aufgaben: 


- Vertrieb Servicedienstleistungen:

  • Durchsuchen von technischen Ausschreibungsunterlagen nach für uns relevanten Positionen 
  • Erstellen eines Angebotsgerüst 
  • Bewerten von Positionen
  • Einholen von Bewertungen von Spezialisten
  • Klärung von offenen Fragen mit dem Kunden und Beratung
  • Evaluierung der Angebote nach Projektdurchführung

- Vertrieb von Ersatzteillieferung (national und international):

  • Beratung des Kunden
  • Auswahl von geeigneten Produkten 
  • Auswahl und Beratung von Nachfolgelösungen bei Obsoleten.
  • Preisfindung 
  • Gesamte administrative Abwicklung von Einkauf, ggf Güteprüfung, Versand und Rechnungslegung.

 

Ihr Profil:
 

Wir sind offen für verschiedene Ausbildungen und Lebensläufe welche Sie auf diese Position verbreitet haben können. Exemplarisch seien hier drei Varianten zum Veranschaulichen:

  • Service Techniker/Technikerin mit Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister welche/er seine/ihre an Bord gesammelten Erfahrungen nun im Innendienst anwenden möchte.
  • Abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung im Bereich Technik / Logistik 
  • Ehemaliger SaZ aus dem Bereich Technik / Versorgung welcher sich in den oben genannten Aufgaben wiederfindet
