Quality Management Field Service (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a Quality Management Field Service (m/f/d) to join our Team.


As Quality Management Field Service, your work will focus on these responsibilities:


  • Creation of project-specific QA test plans. This means: Creating a test book for the project management. It contains templates, as far as possible pre-filled, for each point to be tested, adapted to the required test depth, which the project management can rake off during the test or fill in with measured values. 
  • Monitoring of the processing of the test plans
  • Advising the project management on the implementation of the test plans
  • Concept creation for writing project documentation
  • Creating Documentation Templates 
  • Support in the creation of documentation
  • Creation of project documentation   
  • Advice and assistance in the implementation of conformity measures from the QS management systems and AQAP


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

1.Completed technical studies or technical training with further training to become a state-certified technician or master craftsman
2.qualification as a quality assurance officer

Professional experience
3-4 years of technical project planning or processing of orders alternatively experience with management systems 
Special knowledge and experience:


Good knowledge of all relevant standards and arrangements, especially in military business
Knowledge of construction processes in the shipbuilding or marine equipment industry
Good command of spoken and written English and German
Competencies in the field of auditing
MS-Office  (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)







  • Erstellen von Projektspezifischen QS Prüfplänen. Dies bedeuten: Erstellen eines Prüfbuches für die Projektleitung. Darin erhalten sind Vorlagen, so weit wie möglich vorausgefüllt, für jeden zu prüfenden Punkt, angepasst an die geforderte Prüftiefe, welche die Projektleitung bei der Prüfung abharken, bzw. mit Meßwerten ausfüllen kann. 
  • Überwachung der Abarbeitung der Prüfpläne
  • Beratung der Projektleitung bei der Umsetzung der Prüfpläne
  • Konzepterstellung für das Verfassen von Projektdokumentationen
  • Erstellen von Dokumentationsvorlagen 
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Erstellen von Projektdokumentationen   
  • Beratung und Hilfeleistung bei der Umsetzung von Konformitätsmaßnahmen aus den QS Managementsystemen und AQAP



  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker oder Meister
  • Qualifizierung als Qualitätssicherungsbeauftragter wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung (Art und Dauer):
  • 3-4 Jahre technische Projektierung oder Abwicklung von Aufträgen alternativ Erfahrung mit Management Systemen  


Besondere Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen:


  • Gute Kenntnisse aller relevanten Standards und Anordnungen, insbesondere im 
  • Militärgeschäft
  • Kenntnisse der Bauabläufe im Schiffbau oder Schiffsausrüstungsindustrie
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Auditierung
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
