We are now searching for a 


Senior Service Technician Marine Electronics (m/f/d)


to join our team in Wilhelmshaven.


You will either act as a project manager for maintenance and repair work on complex  electrotechnical and electrical assemblies and devices in the field of marine electrical engineering within the framework of shipyard layovers and retrofit projects,
you will take on technically complex work as a specialist on site in the field of automation. 
Here you can be used flexibly for smaller work for a short time on board a ship at the respective berth  or  for larger shipyard berthtimes,  over a longer period of time on site, at a shipyard in the entire North German region.


This means in detail as an example:


-    Determination of the necessary personnel requirements in terms of number and qualification
-    Determination of the necessary material requirements in terms of type and quantity
-    Coordination/execution of the commissioned work as construction site manager within the framework of shipyard layover times in compliance with deadlines and costs
-    Management/guidance of the subordinate employees as well as control of the external trades
-    Presentation and submission of the work carried out to the customer within the framework of     funktion tests
-    Carrying out shipyard test and acceptance runs as well as adjustment runs for propulsion system control
-    Preparation of work and findings reports as well as implementation and acceptance protocols
-    Creation of quantity structures for quotations
-    Elaboration of test documents
-    Creation of specifications for conversion/repair work
-    Training of new employees

The below will enable you to shine in this role:


- Completed vocational qualification in the electrotechnical field, as well as special further training (technician, master craftsman)
- Experience in the field of customer service, ship operation, sound knowledge of plants and equipment, knowledge of English, management skills
- High willingness to rice
- Desire to familiarize yourself with new and complex topics

Senior Service Techniker Schiffselektronik (m/w/d)


zur Erweiterung unseres Teams in Wilhelmshaven.



Sie fungieren entweder als Projektleiter für Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an komplexen elektrotechnischen Baugruppen und Geräten im Bereich der Schiffselektrotechnik im Rahmen von Werftliegezeiten und Retrofit Projekten, 
Sie übernehmen technisch komplexe Arbeiten als Spezialist vor Ort in  dem Bereich der Automation. 
Hierbei können Sie flexibel für kleinere Arbeiten kurzzeitig an Bord eines Schiffes am jeweiligen Liegeplatz eingesetzt werden oder bei größeren Werftliegezeiten, über einen längeren Zeitraum vor Ort, bei einer Werft im gesamten Norddeutschem Raum.


Dies bedeutet im einzelnen Beispielhaft:


-    Ermitteln des notwendigen Personalbedarfes in Bezug auf Anzahl und Qualifikation
-    Ermitteln des notwendigen Materialbedarfes in Bezug auf Art und Menge
-    Koordinierung/Durchführung der beauftragten Arbeiten als Baustellenleiter im Rahmen von Werftliegezeiten unter Einhaltung der Termine und Kosten
-    Führen/Anleiten der dafür unterstellten Mitarbeiter sowie Steuerung der Fremdgewerke
-    Vorstellung und Abgabe der durchgeführten Arbeiten an den Kunden im Rahmen von    Funktionsprüfungen
-    Durchführen von Werftprobe- und Abnahmefahrten sowie von Einstellfahrten für die Antriebsanlagensteuerung
-    Erstellen von Arbeits- und Befundberichten sowie von Durchführungs- und Abnahmeprotokollen
-    Erstellen von Mengengerüsten für Angebote
-    Ausarbeiten von Prüfunterlagen
-    Erstellen von Spezifikationen für Umbau-/Reparaturarbeiten
-    Ausbildung von neuen Mitarbeitern



- Abgeschlossener Berufsabschluss im elektrotechnischen Bereich, sowie spezielle Weiterbildung (Techniker, Meister)
- Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Schiffselektrotechnik, fundierte Anlagen- und Gerätekenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse, Führungsgeschick    
- Hohe Reisbereitschaft
- Lust darauf sich in neue und komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
