We are now looking for a 

 

Service Technician Field (m/f/d) 

 

to join our team working for a better future. 

 

The preferred location for the position is in Wilhelmshaven, Hamburg, Elmenhorst, Kiel or Rostock

 

What you will be doing 

 

You will carry out troubleshooting, maintenance and repair work on electrotechnical and electrical assemblies and devices in the field of marine electrical engineering.

 

As Service Technician Field your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Carrying out troubleshooting, maintenance and repair work on electrotechnical and electrical assemblies and devices in the field of marine electrical engineering.
  • Here you can be used flexibly for smaller work for a short time on board a ship at the respective berth  or  for larger shipyard berthtimes,  over a longer period of time on site, at a shipyard in the entire North German region.

 

To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 

 

  • Completed vocational qualification in the electrotechnical field.
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of marine electrical engineering is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as a secure and friendly appearance with the customer
  • High willingness to travel
  • Desire to familiarize yourself with new and complex topics.
  • Fluent German language skills (min. B2)

zur Erweiterung unseres Teams in Wilhelmshaven, Hamburg, Elmenhorst, Kiel oder Rostock.

 

Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?

 

  • Durchführen von Fehlersuche,
  • Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an elektrotechnischen und elektrischen Baugruppen, sowie Geräten im Bereich der Schiffselektrotechnik.

 

Hierbei können Sie flexibel für kleinere Arbeiten kurzzeitig an Bord eines Schiffes am jeweiligen Liegeplatzeingesetzt werden oder bei größeren Werftliegezeiten, über einen längeren Zeitraum vor Ort, bei einer Werft im gesamten Norddeutschem Raum.

 

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein erwarten wir:

 

  • Abgeschlossener Berufsabschluss im elektrotechnischen Bereich
  • Wünschenswert sind vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Schiffselektrotechnik.
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten beim Kunden
  • Hohe Reisbereitschaft in Norddeutschland und vereinzelten Kurzeinsätzen im Ausland
  • Lust darauf sich in neue und komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten.
