Responsibilities:
Perform assembly work according to the work instructions.
Conduct quality inspections and prepare self-inspection reports.
Record working hours in the system.
Strictly comply with company policies (Employee Handbook) and safety regulations.
Maintain the workplace in accordance with 5S standards.
Complete tasks according to the production plan and other assignments from the manager and line leader.
Requirements:
Technical secondary school, vocational school, or college diploma; major in Mechatronics, Mechanical Assembly, or related fields (with ability to read mechanical drawings). Experience operating overhead cranes is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with assembly experience are preferred.
Good teamwork spirit.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
This position involves physical labor/lifting requirements (candidates under 35 years old preferred).
Willingness to travel for short periods (e.g., one week) is preferred.
