We are looking for FS Coordinator
In this position you will become part of Wärtsilä Shaft Line Repair Services (SLRS), the organisation responsible for services delivered by Wärtsilä Shaft Line Solutions (SLS). A growing organisation within SLS and critical to strategy, SLRS includes ca. 125 dedicated professionals located all around the world.
As FS Coordinator you will be the focal point with customers and internal stakeholders in the delivery of Field Service (FS) for SLS. You will be part of a team managing the daily activities and schedules of around 20 engineers located in China. In this position you will be reporting to the FS Manager and you will be located in China.
Your main responsibilities are
- Receive and process field service enquiries; identify service requirements, schedules and locations.
- Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedules for work orders.
- Manage diaries and coordinate field service personnel; matching available skills to jobs.
- Liaise with customers to coordinate requirements and formalize service bookings.
- Coordinate personnel when they are assigned on a work order.
- Act as "point of contact" for the customer during the work order.
- Raise internal and external orders for service provisions.
- Collect costs, prepare invoices, time sheet and administer pay for service personnel.
- Service follow-up; ensure customer satisfaction, obtain feedback and maintain service record files.
- Ensure that the work is executed according to QEHS guidelines and site procedures and policies.
- Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customer and/or internal stakeholders.
- Continuously seek for solutions in according to best practises.

- Technical education or equivalent qualifications as a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a customer facing role with responsibility for collation of costs and invoices.
- Excellent organizational skills and customer empathy.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
- Excellent communication skills and well-developed cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Proficiency with standard MS tools and experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- A working knowledge of book keeping and commercial administration processes.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with relevant additional language skills beneficial.
- Willing and able to travel.
In this role, your success will be measured by
- Order-intake, net sales and EBIT for SLS.
- KPIs set by FS Manager and FS Area Manager APAC.
