Logistics Specialist

Your main responsibilities are

  • Handle logistics operations for import and export orders.
  • Arrange bookings, transportation, and coordinate with freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and review logistics documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Track shipment status and proactively manage transportation exceptions.
  • Maintain logistics-related data in the SAP system.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to ensure timely and successful shipment execution.
  • Management the customs handbook, prepared in time and accuracy, verification before the expired date.

 

You will shine in this role when you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or a related area.
  • Familiar with Sea- freight, air freight, Railway and customs clearance procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
  • Able to handle daily business correspondence and logistics documentation in English.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
