Machining Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
1. Generate, implement, follow-up and maintain work instructions, other necessary documents.
2. Design fixtures and tools, select suitable cutters or bit tool;Follow up the use of cutting tools in strong relation with process data of toollife and cutting conditions.
3. To prepare and maintain part-programs for components which are optimized and produce components conforming to the drawings and specifications.
4. Solve the technical problem occurred in production line. Provide technical support to production line .Machining process quality continuous improvement and Provide rework solutions/instructions for machining NCRs.
5. Define labour hours and get standard hours.
General Skills:
1. Over 3 years of working experience as a CNC engineer, capable of independently developing the entire machining process for parts.
2. Candidates with operating experience on large CNC milling machines and lathes are preferred.
3. Good communication skills.
4. English fluent, written at least.
5. Good computer skill in such as Auto CAD, Siemens NX, Microsoft office.
