Your main responsibilities are
- Updating the WPWCN order book
- Schedule Independent Requirements in SAP (PS module)
- follow up all related project milestones and initiate corrective actions to ensure in-time delivery of all projects
- Provide Progress reports and identify possible risks and threats to the project in an early stage.
- Confirm FAT plan with PM or customer and organize FAT per proposed FAT procedure.
- For customer ECM during project execution, arrange internal review delivery, cost, quality, etc, and update it to customer if either change.
- Create production work order and record production data and maintain in SAP.
- Act as a window between Ship Power / Service and DC Wuxi for all project related matters. E.g. inform related departments in WIO about any project changes / updates. And inform SP of any issues arising within WIO.
- Carry out other assignment by manager/superior
You will shine in this role when you have:
- Experienced in managing small and medium sized technical projects.
- At least 3 years project coordinator or similar job working experience.
- Proficient in preparing project rough plans, production schedules, survey plans and FAT schedules
- Familiar with SAP or ERP system.
- Product knowledge in manufacture company.
- Able to handle several projects simultaneously.
- Awareness of Project Cost and Budget management.
- English in writing, reading, and speaking.
