Field Service Logistics Planner - American Hydro Corporation

American Hydro is currently looking for a Field Service Logistics Planner to add to the family at our FIELDS SERVICE TEAM based in Red Lion, PA facility.  We are a tight-knit group that takes a great deal of pride in what we produce. The Field Services Logistics Planner performs the completion of logistical planning for Field Service proposals per required due date to include:

  • Tooling and major machining equipment
  • Quotations and purchase order set up for major subcontracts to including machining, painting, outbuildings, transportation, tool rentals, and other specification requirements


Ideal candidates will have skills, knowledge, and experience with the following:

  • Timely completion of work as related to site logistics so not to impact project schedule or costs (mitigate expediting).
  • Cooridation with EHS Manager on site specific safety plans
  • Maintenance of tool inventories for both shop and all project sites with assistance from the workshop manager
  • Ensure up to date calibrations of all field service precision equipment in coordination with project schedules to ensure there are no negative impacts
  • Ensure up to date inspections/repair/replacement of all field service rigging in coordination with project schedules to ensure there are no negative impacts
  • Ensure timely submittal of all expense reports (within 1 week of making purchases)
  • Maintain system to know where all critical tooling is at all times (ex. Laminas, Rotalign, Optic Levels, Welders, Grout pumps, etc.



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
